Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0421013A1] The invention relates to a fastener for a three-part switchbox consisting of a basic box, pivoting frame (20) and viewing-window box (10), having a lock plate (11) arranged in the front face of the viewing-window box, with a first lock element (12). The handling of the fastener from the front side of the switchbox only is obtained in that the actuating element of the first lock element (13) is coupled fixedly in terms of rotation to a first locking insert (14) which is mounted rotatably in the rear face of the viewing-window box and is equipped with a locking extension (16) and which can be introduced (21) into a first locking receptacle, arranged on the front face of the pivoting frame, and can be locked therein by rotation, in that adjacent to the first locking receptacle the front face of the pivoting frame carries a first bearing receptacle for a second lock element (13'), the actuating element of which is coupled fixedly in terms of rotation to a driving rod (26), in that the driving rod is connected to a second locking insert mounted rotatably in a second bearing receptacle in the rear face of the pivoting frame, and in that the second locking insert can be introduced with its locking extension into a second locking receptacle arranged on the front face of the basic box and can be locked therein by rotation. <IMAGE>
