Abstract (en)
In an electrically driven hammer, in particular a percussion riveter, the assembly expenditure, in particular of the electrical components, is to be reduced. For this purpose, the on/off switch (17) traditionally located in the handle (7) is moved to the housing (2) located opposite to the handle and is operated by thumb and forefinger. This has the advantage that no electrical components are accommodated inside the handle (7) any more. The switch (17) is connected to a locking handle (16) which is displaceable transversely to the axis (6) of the tool receptacle (5) for switching on and off. All electrical and electronic components such as motor (3), switch (17), electronics (31) and mains connection cable (32) are integrated in a motor module (36). As a result, the electrical components are also better protected in the case of an impact of the hammer. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einem elektrisch angetriebenen Hammer, insbesondere Schlaghammer soll der Montageaufwand insbesondere der elektrischen Bauteile verringert werden. Dazu wird der herkömmlich im Handgriff (7) befindliche Ein-Aus-Schalter (17) dem Handgriff gegenüberliegend in das Gehäuse (2) verlegt und mit Daumen und Zeigefinger bedient. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß innerhalb des Handgriffs (7) keinerlei elektrische Bauteile mehr untergebracht sind. Der Schalter (17) ist mit einer rastenden Handhabe (16) verbunden, die zum Ein- und Ausschalten quer zur Achse (6) der Werkzeugaufnahme (5) verschiebbar ist. Alle elektrischen und elektronischen Bauteile wie Motor (3), Schalter (17), Elektronik (31) und Netzanschlußkabel (32) sind in einem Motormodul (36) zusammengefaßt. Dadurch sind die elektrischen Bauteile bei einem Aufprall des Hammers auch besser geschützt.
