There is proposed for windows and doors and the like a hinge 3 having a frame-joint part 6 carrying a hinge pin 9 and a wing-joint part 10 having a hinge sleeve 11, especially a turn-and-tilt corner bearing with a corner-bearing block located on the frame and with a corner plate located on the wing, in which hinge the longitudinal axis 17 of the hinge sleeve 11 located on the wing has a position 15 inclined at an acute angle relative to the adjacent wing leg 16 in the direction of the wing plane. The aim of these measures is to prevent contact between the moved plastic caps or paint layers and the adjacent surfaces of the fitting parts during the movement of opening and closing the window and door wings or the like. This is to forestall the occurrence of scrape marks on the plastic caps and the undesirable jumping off of these from the operating parts of the hinges and to counteract the scraping off of the paint layer. <IMAGE>

Für Fenster und Türen o.dgl. wird ein Scharnier 3 mit einem einen Scharnierzapfen 9 tragenden Rahmengelenkteil 6 und einem eine Scharnierhülse 11 aufweisenden Flügelgelenkteil 10, insbesondere ein Drehkipp-Ecklager mit einem rahmenseitigen Ecklagerbock und einem flügelseitigen Eckband, vorgeschlagen, bei dem die Längsachse 17 der flügelseitigen Scharnierhülse 11 eine in Richtung der Flügelebene gegenüber dem benachbarten Flügelschenkel 16 spitzwinklig geneigte Lage 15 aufweist. Sinn und Zweck dieser Mapnahmen ist es, bei der Öffnungs- und Schließbewegung der Fenster- und Türflügel o.dgl. Berührungen zwischen den bewegten Kunststoffkappen bzw. Farbschichten und den benachbarten Flächen der Beschlagteile zu vermeiden. Es soll so dem Entstehen von Schleifspuren an den Kunststoffkappen und dem unerwünschten Abspringen derselben von den Funktionsteilen der Scharniere begegnet bzw. dem Abschaben der Farbschicht entgegengewirkt werden.
