Abstract (en)
An air displacement roller (5), which runs axially parallel to a foil roll (8), bears against the foil roll (8). A foil web (1) is supplied via a contact roller (3) to a roll core (2) and wrapped to form the foil roll (8). The layers of air taken along by the roll and the foil web are wound in between the respective upper roll layers and to a great extent pressed out of the foil roll by the air displacement roller (5) via the end faces (9) of the roll. Each of the two roller ends is movable via a pressure mechanism (6, 7, 10) to (12, 14) which is articulated on a roller holder (13), the pressing of the air displacement roller (5) against the foil roll being effected with a line force smaller than 10 N/cm to greater than 0.2 N/cm. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
An einem Folienwickel (8) liegt eine Luftverdrängungsrolle (5) an, die achsparallel zu dem Folienwickel (8) verläuft. Eine Folienbahn (1) wird über eine Kontaktwalze (3) einem Wickelkern (2) zugeführt und zu dem Folienwickel (8) gewickelt. Die vom Wickel und der Folienbahn mitgeführten Luftschichten werden zwischen den jeweiligen obersten Wickellagen mit eingewickelt und größtenteils durch die Luftverdrängungsrolle (5) über die Stirnflächen (9) des Folienwickels aus diesem hinausgedrückt. Jedes der beiden Rollenenden ist über einen Andrückmechanismus (6, 7, 10) bis (12, 14), der an einem Rollenhalter (13) angelenkt ist, beweglich, wobei das Andrücken der Luftverdrängungsrolle (5) an den Folienwickel mit einem Liniendruck kleiner 10 N/cm bis größer 0,2 N/cm erfolgt.
