Method of and device for controlling the continuous flow storage working during tapping of domestic hot water on a wall heating device with domestic hot-water preparation and room heating, with a secondary heat exchanger (17), by means of which the domestic water is heated by the heating water, with a tapping fitting (20) with water switch (21) and with a three-way valve (9) for switching over from heating to domestic water operation via a control unit (8). The continuous flow accumulator consists of an accumulator (14) with the secondary heat exchanger (17) and an additional accumulator (19), these accumulators (14, 19) being connected parallel via a hot water connecting pipe (33) and via a cold water connecting pipe (36). Moreover, there is arranged in the cold water connecting pipe (36) a three-way reverse valve (37) which is connected downstream of the water switch (21) in the cold water pipe (25). The three-way reverse valve (37) is provided with a valve drive (38) which can be controlled electrically or thermally.

Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Steuern des Durchlaufspeicherbetriebes bei Brauchwasserzapfung an einem Wandheizgerät mit Brauchwasseraufbereitung und Raumheizung, mit einem Sekundär-Wärmetauscher (17), durch den das Brauchwasser vom Heizwasser erwärmt wird, mit einer Zapfarmatur (20) mit Wasserschalter (21) sowie mit einem Drei-Wege-Ventil (9) für das Umschalten von Heiz- auf Brauchwasserbetrieb über eine Regeleinheit (8). Der Durchlaufspeicher besteht aus einem Speicher (14) mit dem Sekundär-Wärmetauscher (17) und einem Zusatzspeicher (19), wobei diese Speicher (14, 19) über eine Warmwasser-Verbindungsleitung (33) und über eine Kaltwasser-Verbindungsleitung (36) parallelgeschaltet sind. Weiters ist in der Kaltwasser-Verbindungsleitung (36) ein Drei-Wege-Umsteuerventil (37) angeordnet, welches dem Wasserschalter (21) in der Kaltwasserleitung (25) nachgeschaltet ist. Das Drei-Wege-Umsteuerventil (37) ist mit einem Ventilantrieb (38) versehen, der elektrisch oder thermisch steuerbar ist.
