[origin: WO9000148A1] A yarn storage apparatus for supplying yarn to a yarn consuming apparatus, the storage apparatus comprising a storage body (10) having a bore (20) in which yarn (4) is stored, the bore having a yarn discharge opening (21) at one end and a yarn insertion opening at its opposite end, a yarn loading means (30) for inserting yarn into the bore, the yarn loading means including a rotatable yarn guide (32) located within the bore which on rotation discharges windings of yarn into the bore to create a compact body (40) of coiled yarn, which progressively increases in length along the length of the bore during rotation of the yarn guide.

L'invention concerne un appareil de stockage de fil destiné à alimenter en fil un appareil consommant du fil. Ledit appareil de stockage comprend un corps de stockage comportant un alésage dans lequel on stocke du fil, ledit alésage comportant une ouverture de décharge de fil à une extrémité et une ouverture d'insertion de fil à son extrémité opposée, ainsi qu'un moyen de chargement de fil permettant l'insertion de fil dans l'alésage. Ledit moyen de chargement de fil comprend un guide fil rotatif placé à l'intérieur de l'alésage, lequel lors de la rotation décharge des bobinages de fil dans l'alésage pour créer un corps compact de fil enroulé, augmentant progressivement en longueur sur la longueur de l'alésage pendant la rotation du guide fil.
