[origin: EP0422698A2] The invention relates to a dispenser for the apportioned individual discharge of pastes or the like, having a tubular housing (1) which has a discharge opening (5) at one end and, opposite the latter, is fitted with a pressure bottom (2) for transporting the discharge product situated in a bag (9) in the direction (x) of the discharge opening (5). The pressure bottom can be displaced stepwise in the direction of the discharge opening (5) by means of an actuating handle (3), which is adjacent to the discharge opening, and at least one serrated transport strip (12) which is coupled to said actuating handle. The pressure bottom (2) is blocked against returning by means of at least one serrated abutment strip (20) extending on the inside surface of the tubular housing wall. To achieve a constructionally simple design which is advantageous in use, it is proposed that the actuating handle (3) be formed by the lid of the tubular housing (1), said lid being displaceable in the axial direction of the tubular housing (1) and having the discharge opening (5) for piercing the one end of the bag (9'). <IMAGE>
