The invention relates to a device for erecting and filling folding boxes (1) made from plane blanks (2) with a bottom part, fold-down side surfaces and adhesive tabs, consisting of an erecting station with a forming plunger (4) which can be moved up and down and a horizontal erecting frame (5) and of a filling station (7) with filling pipe (8) for the product to be packed. The forming plunger can be inserted into the erecting frame, the side surfaces of a blank lying on the erecting frame being erected upon introduction of the forming plunger into the erecting frame and interconnected by the adhesive tabs which are folded down at the same time. The invention is characterised in that the forming plunger is designed as a sleeve open on both sides with a cross-section adapted to the bottom part of the blank and in that a filling pipe for supplying the product to be filled is connected to the sleeve. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Aufrichten und Befüllen von Faltschachteln (1) aus ebenen Zuschnitten (2) mit einem Bodenteil, abfaltbaren Seitenflächen und Klebelaschen, bestehend aus einer Aufrichtstation mit auf und nieder bewegbarem Formstempel (4) und einem horizontalen Aufrichtrahmen (5) sowie aus einer Befüllstation (7) mit Füllrohr (8) für das abzupackende Gut. Der Formstempel ist in den Aufrichtrahmen einführbar, wobei die Seitenflächen eines auf dem Aufrichtrahmen aufliegenden Zuschnitts beim Einführen des Formstempels in den Aufrichtrahmen aufgerichtet und durch die zugleich abgefalteten Klebelaschen miteinander verbunden werden. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formstempel als beidseitig offene Hülse mit einem dem Bodenteil des Zuschnitts angepaßten Querschnitt ausgebildet ist und daß an die Hülse ein Füllrohr für die Zuführung von Füllgut angeschlossen ist.
