The invention relates to a device for removing labels and also fragments and other solids from a treatment liquid, charged with said solids, of a container cleaning device or bottle cleaning device. The device has at least one separating area through which the treatment liquid flows and to which the charged treatment liquid flows essentially in a horizontal flow direction and along a bottom area of a zone which is formed for the charged treatment liquid in the machine. In order to separately remove the labels and solids, at least one retaining element which forms a trap which holds back the solids in a first operating position and releases this trap in a second operation position is provided on the bottom area in the flow direction upstream of the separating area.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Einrichtung zum Entfernen von Etiketten und auch Scherben sowie anderen Feststoffen aus einer mit diesen belasteten Behandlungsflüssigkeit einer Behälter- bzw. Flaschenreinigungsmaschine. Die Einrichtung besitzt wenigstens einen von der Behandlungsflüssigkeit durchströmten Abscheidebereich, dem die belastete Behandlungsflüssigkeit im wesentlichen in einer horizontalen Strömungsrichtung und entlang einer Bodenfläche einer Zone zufließt, die für die belastete Behandlungsflüssigkeit in der Maschine gebildet ist. Zum getrennten Entfernen der Etiketten und Feststoffe ist an der Bodenfläche in Strömungsrichtung vor dem Abscheidebereich wenigstens ein Rückhalteelement vorgesehen, welches in einer ersten Betriebsstellung eine die Feststoffe zurückhaltende Falle bildet und in einer zweiten Betriebsstellung diese Falle freigibt. <IMAGE>
