Abstract (en)
A board with grips intended for use as an exercise apparatus for rock climbing exhibits a board (102) with a gripping structure (104, 106) to which the climber holds firmly with the hands or fingers. The board (102) is carried on a mounting to be fixed to the wall (115) in such a way that its inclination may be adjusted and it can be locked in the selected inclination. Thus the gripping difficulty may be altered in a simple way by altering the inclination of the board and thus adapted to suit the individual abilities of the trainee. <IMAGE>

Eine als Trainingsgerät für den Klettersport dienende Griffbrettvorrichtung weist ein Griffbrett (102) mit einer Greifstruktur (104, 106) auf, an der sich der Kletterer mit den Händen bzw. Fingern festhält. Das Griffbrett (102) ist an einer an der Wand (115) zu befestigenden Halterung neigungsverstellbar gelagert und in der gewählten Neigung arretierbar. Hierdurch kann in einfacher Weise durch Verändern der Neigung des Griffbretts die Griffschwierigkeit geändert und somit den individuellen Fähigkeiten des Trainierenden angepaßt werden.
