Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a device for introducing melt-treating agent into molten metal, comprising a suspension device (14) which at its lower end carries a plunger bell (16) receiving the melt-treating agent, the plunger bell (16) for single use being made of a material compatible with the melt on dissolution and being joined to the suspension device by coupling means which can easily be coupled or undone during operation. The invention also relates to the use of the device according to the invention for introducing melt-treating agent into molten metal. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Einbringen von Schmelze-Behandlungsmittel in flüssiges Metall, umfassend eine Aufhängevorrichtung (14), welche an ihrem unteren Ende eine das Schmelze-Behandlungsmittel aufnehmende Tauchglocke (16) trägt, wobei die Tauchglocke (16) zur einmaligen Verwendung aus einem bei ihrer Auflösung mit der Schmelze verträglichen Material hergestellt und mit der Aufhängevorrichtung durch betriebsmäßig leicht kuppelbare bzw. lösbare Kupplungsmittel verbunden ist. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin die Anwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Einrichtung zum Einbringen von Schmelze-Behandlungsmittel in flüssiges Metall.
