[origin: EP0604396A2] The anti-theft dispenser for rolled-up web material comprising a basically flat supporting part, a stationary roll-supporting spindle integral with and perpendicular to said supporting part and having a stop piece at its free end, and a compressible anti-withdrawal means mounted on said spindle in such a way as to be able to revolve axially perpendicularly to said supporting part and provided with compressible anti-withdrawal means to prevent the roll from being drawn off away from said supporting part, is characterised in that said anti-withdrawal means comprises a stop piece at its end facing said supporting part, in that said spindle has a spring between the supporting part and its end facing said supporting part and in that a lug is fixed perpendicularly to said supporting part facing said stop piece.
