[origin: WO8910996A1] The adhesion properties of polyamide fibers are improved by treating the fibers with an acid halide, such as oxalyl chloride, in a polar aprotic solvent, and then optionally with a functional compound such as water or glycidol. Fiber reinforced materials having high resistance towards pull-out and other mechanical stresses are made using the so treated polyamide fibers.

On améliore les propriétés d'adhérence de fibres polyamide en traitant celles-ci avec un halogénure d'acide, tel que du chlorure d'oxalyl, dans un solvant polaire aprotique, et ensuite éventuellement avec un composé fonctionnel tel que de l'eau ou du glycidol. Des matériaux armés de fibres présentant une résistance élevée à la traction et à d'autres contraintes mécaniques sont réalisés à l'aide des fibres polyamide ainsi traitées.
