[origin: JPH0485039A] PURPOSE: To reduce a friction between a plate cylinder and a printing plate by disposing at least two films having different slip frictional coefficients between the cylinder and the plate. CONSTITUTION: A surface 2 of the plate cylinder 1 has a specified roughness. A printing plate 3 is pressed on the intrinsic cylinder 1, and its lower side has a specific surface 4. A lower surface 7 of a lower film 5 has larger roughness than that of an upper surface 8, and an upper surface of the film 6 has correspondingly a larger roughness than the lower surface 10. In other words, sides 8, 10 in contact with the opposed films 5, 6 are satisfactorily smooth, while the opposite sides 7, 9 have recognizably large roughness. The surfaces 2, 4 also have considerable roughness. In an operation, layers are brought into contact with each other. The plate 3 having the upper film 6 can be relatively easily moved to the cylinder 1 having the lower film 5 in close contact.

Beschrieben wird ein Plattenzylinder, wobei zwischen dem Plattenzylinder und seiner Druckplatte wenigstens zwei Folien angeordnet sind, die jeweils Oberflächen mit unterschiedlichen Gleitreibungskoeffizienten haben. Die glatteren Seiten der Folien liegen aufeinander und die rauheren Seiten liegen an der Oberfläche des Zylinders bzw. an der Unterseite der Druckplatte an.Dadurch wird die Reibung zwischen dem Zylinder und der Druckplatte wesentlich verringert.
