Ensemble caractérisé en ce qu'il est essentiellement constitué par des panneaux de façade (1) à revêtement en pierre, en verre, en tôle ou autre, présentant une hauteur d'étage, par des dispositifs (2) d'appui des panneaux (1), solidaires des dalles (3), par des moyens (4) de fixation rapide des panneaux (1) sur les dispositifs d'appui (2) et par un ensemble (5) d'étanchéification des joints entre les panneaux (1).
