Abstract (en)
The device is mounted on a transport vehicle (1) and has an articulated arm (19, 20) and a gripper device (10). The gripper device (10) arranged on the movable end of the articulated arm (19, 20) consists of a multi-membered scissor mechanism having two container mountings (11, 12). The movement of the container mountings (11, 12) is generated by means of a driving element (18), part (37) of the driving element (18) acting on guide elements (15, 16). These guide elements (15, 16) are connected to the container mountings (11, 12) in an articulated manner. The gripper device (10) can be folded together to a very small size, and the three axes of rotation of the manipulating device allow a compact design of the transport vehicle (1). In addition, a fixing device (22) for the end of a web of textile material is arranged on the articulated arm (19, 20) or on the gripper device (10) and is movable with this. Abstract (de)
Die Einrichtung ist an einem Transportfahrzeug (1) angebaut und verfügt über einen Gelenkarm (19, 20) un eine Greifeinrichtung (10). Die, am beweglichen Ende des Gelenkarmes (19, 20) angeordnete Greifeinrichtung (10) besteht aus einem mehrgliedrigen Scherenmechanismus mit zwei Behälterhalterungen (11, 12). Die Bewegung der Behälterhalterungen (11, 12) wird mittels eines Antriebselementes (18) erzeugt, wobei ein Teil (37) des Antriebselementes (18) auf Führungselemente (15, 16) einwirkt. Diese Führungselemente (15, 16) sind mit den Behälterhalterungen (11, 12) gelenkig verbunden. Die Greifeinrichtung (10) lässt sich auf ein sehr kleines Ausmass zusammenlegen, und die drei Drehachsen der Handhabungseinrichtung ermöglichen eine kompakte Bauweise des Transportfahrzeuges (1). Zusätzlich ist eine Festlegeeinrichtung (22) für das Ende eines Textilmaterialbandes am Gelenkarm (19, 20) oder an der Greifeinrichtung (10) angeordnet und mit diesem bewegbar. Der Platzbedarf zwischen Transportfahrzeug (1) und Maschinen und auch zwischen den Textilmaterialbehältern (5, 7, 8) wird reduziert.
