In a circuit chassis for a television receiver comprising a frame on which a circuit board carrying electronic components, heat sinks, transformers, tuner, IF amplifier and other modules is mounted, which circuit chassis is inserted into the housing of the television receiver, plug-in connecting elements for peripheral connections being provided at the rear of the chassis which are accessible through the rear wall of the set, it is provided that the circuit chassis consists of a basic chassis section and a second chassis section connected to the former, in which the signal processing circuits for the video signals and the connection circuits and interface circuits for these are provided. All remaining modules are on the circuit board of the basic chassis section. The plug-in connecting elements for peripheral connections are provided on the side of the chassis section and are accessible seen from the rear. A cover which engages behind a penetration in the rear wall or which engages flush in the latter prevents access to the connecting lines and components which extend visibly next to the plug-in connectors.

Bei einem Schaltungschassis für ein Fernsehempfangsgerät mit einem Rahmen, an dem eine elektronische Bauelemente, Kühlbleche, Transformatoren, Tuner, ZF-Verstärker und andere Baugruppen tragende Leiterplatte befestigt ist, welches Schaltungschassis in das Gehäuse des Fernsehempfängers eingesetzt ist, wobei rückseitig am Chassis Steckverbindungselemente für periphere Anschlüsse vorgesehen sind, die durch die Rückwand des Gerätes zugänglich sind, ist vorgesehen, daß das Schaltungschassis aus einem Basischassisteil und einem mit diesem verbundenen zweiten Chassisteil besteht, in dem die Signalverarbeitungsschaltungen für die Bildsignale und die Anschlußschaltungen und Interfaceschaltungen für diese vorgesehen sind. Alle übrigen Baugruppen befinden sich auf der Leiterplatte des Basischassisteils. Die Steckverbindungselemente für periphere Anschlüsse sind seitlich auf dem Chassisteil vorgesehen und von der Rückseite her gesehen zugänglich. Eine Abdeckung, die hinter einem Durchbruch der Rückwand oder in diese bündig eingreift, verhindert den Durchgriff auf die Verbindungsleitungen und Bauelemente, die neben den Steckverbindern sichtbar verlaufen.
