Roller shutter with a flexible fabric leaf which can be wound on and off a winding roller and is provided with pulling ropes, extending at least on one side and serving to take along the leaf with them, which are guided over conical rope drums arranged correspondingly adjoining one or preferably both end faces of the winding roller, the rope drums being designed, for tightening the leaf in the closed position, in the shape of a double cone, in such a way that the pulling rope received in their guiding groove is wound, in the course of the closing movement of the leaf, onto the rope drums with decreasing groove helix diameter, which groove helix diameter is designed so as to increase again for an end portion of the closing-movement section of the leaf.

Rolltor mit einem auf eine Wickelwalze auf- und abwickelbaren Torblatt-Behang (1), der mittels wenigstens einseitig verlaufenden, der Mitnahme des Behanges dienenden Zugseilen (6) versehen ist, die über entsprechend im Anschluß an eine, vorzugsweise beide stirnseitigen Enden der Wickelwalze angeordnete konische Seiltrommeln (4) geführt sind wobei die Seiltrommeln (4) zur Straffung des Behanges (1) in der Schließlage derart doppelkonusförmig ausgebildet sind, daß das in ihre Führungsrille aufgenommene Zugseil im Zuge der Schließbewegung des Behanges auf die Seiltrommeln mit abnehmendem Rillenwendeldurchmesser aufgewickelt wird, welche Rillenwendeldurchmesser für einen Endabschnitt der Schließbewegungsstrecke des Behanges wieder ansteigend ausgebildet ist. <IMAGE>
