Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0429898A2] Roller shutter with a door leaf flexible screen which can be rolled up and unrolled on a winding roller and which, by means of a guiding device which engages on it and is supported in a stationary manner, is aligned, in the course of the closing movement, in a given plane - for example determined by lateral guiding rails - irrespective of the rolled-up or unrolled flexible screen length, and which guiding device is constructed to prevent frictional stress on one or both flexible screen surfaces in such a manner that it consists of at least one support roller which has a tubular body which is guided slidingly in a rotatory manner around a support body held in a stationary manner and on the outside of which the flexible screen is supported in a rolling manner.
