The tubular body (2) has a base portion (5), a head portion (4), and a plurality of annular grooves (7) or annular projections (8) formed in an inner wall of the body (2). The base portion (5) is arranged to be secured to a guide member (6) of an actuator, and the head portion (4) is arranged to be engaged with a rod (3) slidably supported in the guide member (6).
