[origin: CA2029094A1] A hydraulic drilling outfit which consists of a hydraulically driven hammer drill which is fastened pivotally to a hydraulic thrust unit. A control for the hydraulics utilizes the flushing water for the drill bit as the power-source for all of the motions executed by the drilling outfit. One hydraulic supply line for the control of the thrust unit and one supply line for the control to the hammer drill are sufficient for operating the system in an open circuit. A rotary slide valve simultaneously controls the thrust and withdrawal motions as well as the operational states of drilling and not drilling. The desired value adjustment for the speed of thrust is arranged on the rotary slide valve.

Ein hydraulisches Bohrgerät, das aus einem hydraulisch angetriebenen Bohrhammer (1), der schwenkbar an einer hydraulischen Vorschubeinheit (10) befestigt ist, und aus einer hydraulischen Vorschubeinheit (10) mit einer Steuerung (14) der Hydraulik besteht, benutzt das Spülwasser für den Bohrmeissel (3) als Energieträger für sämtliche vom Bohrgerät ausgeführten Bewegungen. Eine hydraulische Versorungsleitung (6) zur Steuerung (14) der Vorschubeinrichtung (10) und eine Zuleitung (5) von der Steuerung (14) zum Bohrhammer (1) genügen, um das System im offenen Kreislauf zu betreiben. Ein Drehschieber (20) steuert gleichzeitig die Vorschub- und Rückzugsbewegung sowie die Betriebszustände Bohren und nicht Bohren. Die Sollwertverstellung (22) für die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit ist auf dem Drehschieber (20) angeordnet.
