[origin: WO9013404A1] The cutting device has two cutter components. It is especially suitable for split plain tiles. The cutter carriers (25) may be pivoted into their inoperative and operative positions. Each cutter (25) is connected to a spindle (29, 30), the spindles being arranged coaxially (40) one within the other. Thus the cutter carriers pivot about the same axis (40) at the same time in the manner of scissors. The cutter carriers (25) are forked and the cutters (26) are in the form of wires and interchangeable. This cutting device is permanently installed on the extruding press belt. It is nevertheless easy to regulate, can be monitored and operates reliably.

Le dispositif de découpe présente deux éléments de coupe. Il sert notamment au sectionnement du tenon de tuiles fendues à crochets. Les porte-éléments de coupe (25) sont montés de manière à pivoter en leur position de repos et de travail. Chaque élément (25) est relié à un arbre rotatif (29, 30), ces arbres étant agencés coaxialement (40), l'un à l'intérieur de l'autre. De cette façon, les porte-éléments de coupe pivotent en même temps, à la manière d'un ciseau, autour du même axe (40). Les porte-éléments de coupe (25) sont en forme de fourchette et les éléments de coupe, en forme de fils (26), sont interchangeables. Ce dispositif de découpe est monté en tant que pièce fixe sur le trajet d'une extrudeuse. Il est cependant facilement réglable et contrôlable, tout en étant d'un fonctionnement fiable.
