The invention relates to an adhesive covering strip for window frames (4) or the like, for the purpose of covering a gap between window frame (4) and jamb (2), in which a foam strip (11) projects transversely with respect to the adhesive fastening surface (K), and proposes, to facilitate attachment of the covering strips at the building site, that the foam strip (11) be arranged in the compressed state in a channel (10) of the covering strip (6), which channel (10) is closed, on its side facing the foam projecting end, with a cover strip which maintains the compressed state of the foam strip (11) and is held at the edges by a detachable positive-engagement connection to the front-edge region of the channel walls (8, 9). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abdeckleiste zum Ankleben an Fensterrahmen (4) oder dergleichen zwecks Überdeckung eines Spaltes zwischen Fensterrahmen (4) und Laibung (2), bei welcher ein Schaumstoffstreifen (11) quergerichtet zur Kleb-Befestigungsfläche (K) vorsteht und schlägt zwecks erleichterten-Anbringens der Abdeckleisten an der Baustelle vor, daß der Schaumstoffstreifen (11) im komprimierten Zustand in einem Kanal (10) der Abdeckleiste (6) angeordnet ist, welcher Kanal (10) an seiner in Richtung des Schaumstoffüberstandes weisenden Seite mit einem Deckstreifen verschlossen ist, welcher den komprimierten Zustand des Schaumstoffstreifens (11) aufrechterhält und randseitig einer lösbaren Formschluß-Eingriffsverbindung zum Stirnkantenbereich der Kanalwände (8, 9) gehalten ist.
