Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0427947A1] In the case of known fuel injection nozzles of the generic type the continuing lines are designed as single cables which are separately fixed between the two moulded insulation parts by a mushroom-shaped plastic part, relieving the tension, which after fastening of the outer moulded insulating part must be pressed through it. Easier handling during soldering and assembly and defect-free insulation is obtained by the use of a sheathed cable (40), the individual conductors (38) of which are connected by way of so-called soldering sleeves (42) to the contact lugs (30) of the induction coil (24) and which is deformed as a whole between projections (68, 78) of the moulded insulating parts (48, 50), relieving the tension. The preferred sphere of application is injection nozzles for diesel engines. <IMAGE>
