[origin: JPH03195896A] PURPOSE: To quickly supply a cannonball by supporting a cannonball supply manipulator in a cardan ring rotatable on an outer periphery of a rocking frame of a gun barrel, and holding a positioner so as to slide and turn in a bearing assembly mounted on a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A bullet supply manipulator 10 includes a bullet supply rockable arm 20 supported in a cardan ring 34 rotatable on an outer periphery of a rockable frame 30 in front of a trunnion shaft 14. For turning the bullet supply manipulator 10 there is disposed a joint 19 aligned on a coaxis 18 and facing each other putting the cardan ring therebetween. The joint 19 simultaneously supports a positioner 38 for determining a position relation between the bullet supply manipulator 10 and a bullet supply hatch 62 provided on a roof 42 of a vehicle. The positioner 38 includes a final end shaft 48 for axial movement and turning motion, and the final end shaft 48 is held in a bearing 44 at the end located far away from the cardan ring 34.
