Abstract (en)

The invention relates to a method and a device for separating the roving between the press fingers 5 on the fliers 4 of a slubbing machine, equipped with a drawing unit 2, and the full roving bobbins 10. For this, the slubbing machine is stopped in a position or runs down in a position in which the press fingers 5 are close underneath the upper reversal point of the last turn layer on the bobbin 10, whereupon the non-rotating or running-down bobbins 10 or flyers 4 are moved axially relative to one another in such a way that the press fingers 5 are guided close under the reversal point of the first turn layer, after which the bobbins 10 are subsequently moved at least half a revolution forwards. According to the nature of the material to be processed, the rovings 12 are loosened between the drawing unit 2 and the press fingers 5, and for the concluding separating operation the non-rotating bobbins 10 and fliers 4 are moved axially relative to one another in such a way that the press fingers are guided downwards. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Trennen des Vorgarns zwischen den Preßfingern 5 an den Flügeln 4 einer mit einem Streckwerk 2 versehenen Vorspinnmaschine und den vollen Vorgarnspulen 10. Hierbei wird die Vorspinnmaschine in einer Stellung stillgesetzt oder läuft in einer Stellung aus, in welcher die Preßfinger 5 dicht unterhalb des oberen Umkehrpunktes der letzten Windungsschicht an der Spule 10 stehen, wobei danach die nicht drehenden oder auslaufenden Spulen 10 oder Flügel 4 axial relativ so zueinander bewegt werden, daß die Preßfinger 5 bis dicht unter den Umkehrpunkt der ersten Windungsschicht geführt werden, wonach anschließend die Spulen 10 um mindestens eine halbe Umdrehung vorwärts gedreht werden. Entsprechend der Beschaffenheit des zu bearbeitenden Materials werden die Lunten 12 zwischen dem Streckwerk 2 und den Preßfingern 5 gelockert, wobei zum abschließenden Trennvorgang die nicht drehenden Spulen 10 und Flügel 4 axial relativ so zueinander bewegt werden, daß die Preßfinger nach unten geführt werden.
