Abstract (en)
A plastic ski boot comprises a shell part (1) which comprises a sole (7); an articulated rear cuff (3); a member for holding the foot in the shell part; a U-shaped articulated rigid small arch (20), of which the two branches (21, 22) match the rear of the shell part (1); and an articulated clamp part (30). The rigid small arch (20) is articulated on a spindle (27) passing through the sole (7) in the vicinity of the middle of the latter at the level of and under the arch of the foot and interacts with independent clamping members (50, 60) which, through the effect of the tilting of this small arch (20) about its spindle (27) of articulation in the sole (7), are intended, in a first stage, to actuate the members for holding the foot in the shell part (1). In the use position, the clamp part (30) and the rear cuff (3) are articulated by means of a spindle (80) on the branches (21, 22) of the rigid small arch (20) and interact with a member (70) for clamping the bottom part of the leg in order, in a second stage, to clamp this bottom part of the leg. <IMAGE>

Une chaussure de ski en matière plastique comprend une coque (1) qui comporte une semelle (7) ; une manchette arrière (3) articulée ; un organe de tenue du pied dans la coque ; un arceau rigide (20) articulé en forme de U, dont les deux branches (21,22) épousent l'arrière de la coque (1) et un cavalier articulé (30). L'arceau rigide (20) est articulé sur un axe (27) traversant la semelle (7) au voisinage du milieu de celle-ci au niveau de et sous la voute plantaire, et coopère avec des organes de serrage indépendants (50,60), qui sous l'effet du basculement de cet arceau (20) autour de son axe d'articulation (27) dans la semelle (7), sont destinés, dans un premier temps, à actionner les organes de tenue du pied dans la coque (1). En position d'utilisation, le cavalier (30) et la manchette arrière (3) sont articulés par un axe (80) sur les branches (21,22) de l'arceau rigide (20), et coopérent avec un organe de serrage (70) du bas de la jambe, pour, dans un deuxième temps, assurer le serrage de ce bas de la jambe.
