[origin: WO9001666A1] A known device for cleaning conveying channels with a refractory coating for molten metals and slags, for example in blast furnaces, comprises a frame guided on two rails and mobile longitudinally above the conveying channel. According to the invention, one easily dismountable guide rail (20) is arranged on one side only of the conveying channel (3) and the mobile frame (5) has, on the side nearer the guide rail (20), two wheels (21) driven by motors (29) and two pairs of lateral guiding wheels (22) and, on the side farther from the guide rail (20), a free support roller (23). As a result of this arrangement, unevennesses of the floor in the vicinity of the conveying channel do not affect the guiding of the device parallel to the centre of the channel. The device and the rail can be removed after the operation, thus eliminating the risk of accidents due to the guide rail (20) when the channel is in use.

Un dispositif connu de nettoyage de rigoles de transport à revêtement ignifuge pour métaux fondus et scories, par exemple dans des hauts fourneaux, comprend un cadre guidé sur deux rails et déplaçable en sens longitudinal au-dessus de la rigole de transport. Selon l'invention, un rail de guidage (20) facilement démontable est agencé d'un seul côté de la rigole de transport (3). Le chariot mobile (5) comprend du côté du rail de guidage (20) deux roues (21) entraînées par des moteurs (29) et deux paires de rouleaux de guidage latéral (22) et, du côté opposé au rail de guidage (20), un rouleau libre de support (23). Grâce à cet agencement, des irrégularités du terrain adjacent à la rigole de transport n'affectent pas le guidage parallèle du dispositif par rapport au milieu de la rigole. Le dispositif et le rail peuvent être enlevés après l'opération de nettoyage, ce qui évite des risques d'accidents provoqués par le rail de guidage (20) pendant l'exploitation de la rigole.
