A drilling installation comprises an external tube (1) provided with teeth (10) on its end-face part, an internal tube (2) and a removable sectional drilling bit (crown) (4, 5) consisting of a casing (4) and of sectors (5). The sectors (5) are provided with teeth (11) for interaction with the teeth (10) of the external tube (1). The teeth (11) are oriented along a circumference in relation to the axis of the drilling installation and are made of a material whose hardness is lower than that of the material of the teeth (10). The external surface (3) of the internal tube (2) is provided with radial protrusions (16) mounted between the sectors (5) with the possibility of contacting by their lateral surface (17) with the lateral surface (18) of the sectors (5) of the removable bit (crown) (4, 5).

Die Bohrgarnitur enthält ein Außenrohr (1), an dessen Stirn Zähne (10) ausgeführt sind, ein Innenrohr (2) und eine abnehmbare Sektorenbohrkrone (4, 5), die aus dem Körper (4) und den Sektoren (5) besteht. Die Sektoren (5) weisen Zähne (11) für die Wechselwirkung mit den Zähnen (10) des Außenrohrs (1) auf. Die Zähne (11) sind auf dem Kreisumfang in bezug auf die Bohrgarniturachse orientiert und aus einem Werkstoff gefertigt, dessen Härte geringer ist als die Härte des Werkstoffs der Zähne (10). An der Außenfläche (3) des Innenrohrs (2) sind radiale Ansätze (16) ausgeführt, die zwischen den Sektoren (5) liegen und die Möglichkeit haben, auf ihrer Seitenfläche (17) in Wechselwirkung mit der Seitenfläche (18) der Sektoren (5) der abnehmbaren Sektorenbohrkrone (4, 5) zu treten.

Une installation de forage comprend un tube extérieur (1) doté de dents (10) sur sa face terminale, un tube intérieur (2) ainsi qu'un trépan sectionnel amovible (couronne) (4, 5) composés d'une structure (4) et de secteurs (5). Lesdits secteurs (5) comportent des dents (11) ayant une action mutuelle avec les dents (10) dudit tube extérieur (1). Les dents (11) sont orientées sur une circonférence par rapport à l'axe de l'installation de forage et se composent d'une matière dont la dureté est inférieure à celle de la matière des dents (10). La surface extérieure (3) dudit tube intérieur (2) comporte des parties saillantes radiales (16) montées entre les secteurs (5) de manière à pouvoir venir au contact, par leur surface latérale (17), de la surface latérale (18) desdits secteurs (5) du trépan amovible (couronne) (4, 5).
