Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schuhsohle mit einem Fußbett, deren dem Fuß zugewandte Oberfläche entsprechend des Fußes geformt ist, wobei die Oberfläche Erhebungen aufweist und ist in erster Linie dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erhebungen Druckzonen (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) an den Reflexbereichen des Fußes bilden.
