[origin: EP0429876A2] The spool holder shaft (A) has openings in each contg. a tube (C) which presses air-filled strips (B) outwards. The strips (B) act upon an inner ring belonging to the crowns and are firmly fixed to the shaft (A). One or more crowns have each an inner ring with its other surface eccentric. The ring, while turning, presses the tie-pieces of the crowns into one or another direction over the top edge.
