[origin: JPH03196868A] PURPOSE: To easily execute perforation by disposing a perforating means which can be operated with pressing force between a applicator element and a cover and perforating the cover therethrough. CONSTITUTION: At the time of applying cream C on the skin, a user holds a receptacle 2 in his or her hand and presses the cap 8c of the applicator element 8 with his or her thumb. The applicator element 8 and a holding ring 7 are kept deformed under the pressing with the thumb until the cap 8c comes into contact with a ball 6 and transmits the pressing force of the thumb to the ball 6. The ball 6 penetrates the cover 4 under the force and falls into the receptacle 2. The care cream emerges from the receptacle 2 and the user releases the pressing force of to the applicator element. The ball is used as an agitating machine by shaking the applicator device to homogenize the cream C in the receptacle 2. The user presses the wall of the receptacle 2 to emit the cream C which is then applied through groove holes 9.
