Abstract (en)
A by-pass valve for a boring column comprises a hollow casing (1) with lateral openings (2), a saddle (4) constituted by the internal surface of the casing (1) and a closing element consisting of an elastic, resilient sleeve (3) secured by one of its ends in the casing (1). The sleeve (3) is mounted with a gap (6) and is provided with a confusor (7). The valve may be provided with a jacket (8) or with shutters. The absence of moving parts, better sealing of the channel for the flow of the liquid, and decreased hydraulic resistance of the valve lead to a reduced wear and destruction of its parts and increases the reliability and longevity of the valve.

Das Überlaufventil für Gestängestrang enthält ein hohles Gehäuse (1) mit seitlichen Öffnungen (2), einen Sitz (4), der einen Teil der Innenfläche des Gehäuses (1) darstellt, und ein Verschlußelement, welches in Form einer elastischen federnden Hülse (3) ausgebildet ist, die mit dem einen Ende im Gehäuse (1) befestigt ist. Die Hülse (3) ist mit einem Spalt (6) angeordnet, wobei an ihrem anderen Ende ein Konfusor (7) ausgeführt ist. Das Ventil kann mit einem Mantel (8) oder mit Klappen versehen sein. Die Eliminierung von beweglichen Baugruppen, die Gewährleistung einer erhöhten Dichtheit der Überdeckung des Kanals zum Durchströmen der Flüssigkeit und die Verminderung des hydraulischen Widerstandes des Ventils verringern den Verschleiß und die Zerstörung von Einzelteilen und erhöhen die Betriebssicherheit und die Lebensdauer des Ventils.

Une vanne de dérivation pour une colonne de forage comprend une structure creuse (1) dotée d'orifices latéraux (2), un étrier (4) constitué par la surface intérieure de ladite structure (1) ainsi qu'un élément d'obturation composé d'un manchon élastique résilient (3) fixé par une de ses extrémités dans ladite structure (1). Ledit manchon (3) est monté avec un espace (6) et comporte un confuseur (7). Ladite vanne peut comporter une enveloppe (8) ou des obturateurs. L'absence de parties mobiles, une meilleure étanchéité du canal d'écoulement du liquide, ainsi qu'une résistance hydraulique réduite de ladite vanne permettent de réduire l'usure et la destruction de ces parties, et augmentent la fiabilité et la longévité de ladite vanne.
