Abstract (en)
The stiff or elastic profiled strip lines the inside surfaces of profiled metal components. Profiled strips (5,6) of rubber, plastics, or textile with low heat conductivity are applied to profiled metal components (2,3,4) of single or multiple-glazed door frames, preventing direct contact and consequent heat transfer. The latter is further reduced by hollow spaces inside the structure.

An den Innenflächen von aus mehreren Profilen zusammengesetzten metallenen Elementen insbesondere für die Verwendung in einfach- oder mehrwandigen Rahmenkonstruktionen z.B. für Glastüren oder Bedachungen in Industrie- oder Wohnbauten sind ein geeignetes Profil aufweisende, steife oder elastische, durchgehende Profilbänder sowie Kantendichtungen angebracht, welche jede mögliche gegenseitige Berührung der Innenflächen der Profile verhindern und zusätzliche Hohlräume schaffen, um damit insgesamt den Wärmeaustausch innerhalb der so erstellten Konstruktion herabzusetzen (Fig. 1).
