Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a cylinder head cover for an internal combustion engine of cast material. This cylinder head cover comprises an air filter (F) connected to the intake system of the engine, a settlement chamber (18), integrally cast with the body (1) of the cylinder head cover, and a movable part forming a hood (7) intended to permit access to a filter cartridge (6) fixed in a chamber (5) forming only one single part with the body (1). The present invention has applications, for example, on a motor vehicle with internal combustion engine fitted with such a cylinder head cover. <IMAGE>

La présente invention se rapporte à un couvre- culasse pour moteur à combustion interne en matière moulée. Ce couvre-culasse comprend un filtre à air (F) relié au système d'admission du moteur, une chambre de décantation (18), intégrés par moulage au corps (1) du couvre-culasse, et une partie amovible formant capot (7) destinée à permettre l'accès à une cartouche de filtrage (6) fixée dans une chambre (5) ne formant qu'une seule pièce avec le corps (1). La présente invention s'applique, par exemple, à un véhicule automobile à moteur à combustion interne équipé d'un tel couvre- culasse. <IMAGE>
