Screw cap with tamper-proof band, for bottle (2) comprising a counter-ring (5) of the type constituted by a skirt (11) and by an annular tamper-proof belt (20), connected to the skirt (11) by connecting parts which can be cut (22, 23) and whose bottom (25) has a plurality of articulated tabs (30), folded against the inside face (24) of the belt (20), characterised in that the tabs (30) have a constant cross-section and comprise two sections, namely a first curved section (31), connected to the bottom (25) of the belt (20), prolonged by a second rectilinear section (32), the portion of connection (33) between these two sections (31, 32) being intended to bear on the counter-ring (5), while the free rectilinear portion (32) is intended to bear against the inside face (24) of the belt (20). <IMAGE>

Capsule de bouchage à vis, à bande d'inviolabilité, pour flacon (2) comportant une contrebague (5), du type constitué par une jupe (11) et par une ceinture annulaire d'inviolabilité (20), reliée à la jupe (11) par des pontets sécables (22, 23), et dont le bas (25) présente une pluralité de languettes articulées (30), repliées contre la face interne (24) de la ceinture (20), caractérisée en ce que les languettes (30) ont une section constante et comportent deux parties, à savoir une première partie courbe (31), reliée au bas (25) de la ceinture (20), prolongée par une seconde partie rectiligne (32), la portion de raccordement (33) entre ces deux parties (31, 32) étant destinée à venir s'appuyer sur la contrebague (5), alors que la portion rectiligne (32) libre est destinée à venir s'appuyer contre la face interne (24) de la ceinture (20). <IMAGE>
