The invention relates to a warhead (10) having a casing (11,11',11") surrounding the explosive (12) and a projectile-forming insert (14,14',14"), the insert being arranged circumferentially on an intermediate ring (17,17',17") which is itself fastened to the casing (11,11',11"). <??>In order, in the region of the insert/casing parting planes, to prevent the occurrence of indeterminate chipping effects which can cause an asymmetric formation of the rear of the projectile obtained as a result of the detonation deformation, it is proposed that the intermediate ring (17,17',17") and the insert (14,14',14") should have the same acoustic impedance. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gefechtskopf (10) mit einer den Sprengstoff (12) umgebenden Hülle (11,11',11'') und einer projektilbildenden Einlage (14,14',14''), wobei die Einlage umfangsseitig an einem Zwischenring (17,17',17'') angeordnet ist, welcher seinerseits an der Hülle (11,11',11'') befestigt wird. Um zu vermeiden, daß im Bereich der Trennflächen Einlage/Hülle undefinierbare Abplatzeffekte auftreten, die eine unsymmetrische Heckausbildung des bei der detonativen Umformung entstehenden Projektiles bewirken können, wird vorgeschlagen, daß der Zwischenring (17,17',17'') und die Einlage (14,14',14'') die gleiche Schallimpedanz aufweisen. <IMAGE>
