Abstract (en)
The invention relates to the shaping of profiles (1), which are pressed in moulds from a mass of wood particles and the like, mixed with a binding agent, in the manner of the process described in EP-A-0,086,899. To increase the bending and warping strength of such profiles (1) and to make the profiles usable for forming frames, e.g. door frames, the invention proposes to form on one broad side of the profile (1) a relatively wide strip-shaped step (2) and on the opposite broad side of the profile (1) a plurality of continuous groove-shaped recesses (3). The webs (4) situated between or next to the recesses (3) are each constructed narrower in their width than the step (2), it being preferred for the width of the step (2) to be approximately equal to the sum of the widths of the webs (4). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung befaßt sich mit der Formgebung von Profilen (1), die in Formen aus einer mit Bindemittel vermengten Masse von Holzkleinteilen und dergleichen nach Art des in der EP-A-0 086 899 geschilderten Verfahrens gepreßt werden. Um die Biege- und Verwindungssteifigkeit solcher Profile (1) zu erhöhen und die Profile für die Bildung von Rahmen, z.B. Türzargen, einsetzbar zu machen, schlägt die Erfindung vor, an der einen Breitseite des Profils (1) eine verhältnismäßig breite leistenförmige Stufe (2) und an der gegenüberliegenden Breitseite des Profils (1) mehrere durchgehende rinnenförmige Vertiefungen (3) zu bilden. Die zwischen bzw. neben den Vertiefungen (3) befindlichen Stege (4) sind in ihrer Breite jeweils schmaler als die Stufe (2) ausgebildet, wobei bevorzugt wird, daß die Breite der Stufe (2) etwa gleichgroß wie die Summe der Breiten der Stege (4) ist. <IMAGE>
