Abstract (en)
The safety fastening is used for snowboards and it has a standing plate, fitted with a heel bar and/or front bar, for placing on and retaining a shoe. The standing plate is fixedly connected to a mounting plate (4). Furthermore, the mounting plate (4) can be rotated relative to a circular ring (20), which can be attached to the snowboard and has a projecting flange, and can be fixed relative to said circular ring. The disc-shaped mounting plate (4) overlaps the circular ring (20). Clamping jaws (10) of essentially U-shaped cross-sections are mounted in the plane of the mounting plate (4) and guided on the latter so as to be adjustable relative to the circular ring (20). The flange (22) of the circular ring (20) is received in the clamping position of the jaws (10) by the U-shaped cross-section of the latter.

Die Bindung dient für Snowboards, und sie weist eine mit Fersen- und/oder Frontbügel ausgestattete Standplatte zum Aufsetzen und Festhalten eines Schuhs auf. Die Standplatte ist mit einer Montageplatte (4) fest verbunden. Die Montageplatte (4) ist ferner gegenüber einem am Snowboard befestigbaren, einen auskragenden Flansch aufweisenden Kreisring (20) verdrehbar und gegenüber diesem Kreisring fixierbar. Die scheibenförmige Montageplatte (4) übergreift den Kreisring (20). In der Ebene der Montageplatte (4) und an dieser geführt sind im wesentlichen U-förmige Querschnitte aufweisende Klemmbacken (10) gegen den Kreisring (20) verstellbar gelagert. Der Flansch (22) des Kreisringes (20) ist in der Klemmstellung der Backen (10) vom U-förmigen Querschnitt derselben aufgenommen.
