[origin: WO9011769A1] The invention relates to the therapeutic use of vasodilators and calcium antagonists in combination in the treatment of deficiencies in cerebral blood supply. The vasodilator and calcium antagonist show a selectivity of site of action and are effective in increasing cerebral blood supply without adversely affecting other physiological parameters such as blood pressure and heart rate.

L'invention concerne l'utilisation thérapeutique de vasodilateurs et d'antagonistes de calcium en combinaison dans le traitement d'insuffisances de l'apport sanguin cérébral. Le vasodilateur et l'antagoniste de calcium présentent une sélectivité de lieu d'action et sont efficaces dans l'augmentation de l'apport sanguin cérébral sans agir de façon défavorable sur d'autres paramètres physiologiques tels que la tension artérielle et la fréquence cardiaque.
