Stacker crane (4) for high shelf stores (1, 2) with a mast (6), a load platform (10) movable on this by means of a lifting device (11) and a device (15) for transferring the load (16) to or from the shelf (1, 2). In order to load and unload the load platform (10) with the transfer device (15) without problems arising due to differences in the level of the load platform (10) and the selected storage location on the shelf, the load platform (10) can be arrested within its lifting range by an infinitely variable braking arrangement (17) on the mast (6). As a result the stacker crane (4), particularly when a cable control (12) is used, is suitable as a lifting device to be used by satellite vehicles and on their transfer devices. <IMAGE>

Regalförderzeug (4) für Hochregallager (1, 2) mit einem Mast (6), einer daran mittels einer Hubeinrichtung (11) beweglichen Lastaufnahme (10) und einer Einrichtung (15) zur Übergabe bzw. Übernahme der Last (16) an das bzw. von dem Regal (1, 2). Um mit der Übergabe-/Übernahmeeinrichtung (15) die Lastaufnahme (10) zu be- und entladen, ohne daß sich hierbei Probleme durch Niveaudifferenzen zwischen der Lastaufnahme (10) und dem angesteuerten Lagerplatz im Regal ergeben, ist die Lastaufnahme (10) innerhalb ihres Hubbereiches durch eine stufenlose Verriegelung (17) am Mast (6) arretierbar. Dadurch ist das Regalförderzeug (4), insbesondere bei Verwendung eines Seilzuges (12) als Hubeinrichtung, für den Einsatz von Satellitenfahrzeugen und an deren Übergabeeinrichtungen geeignet.
