Abstract (en)

The invention relates to a mixing device for mixing liquids or for dispersing gases or solids in liquids. The materials to be mixed are introduced into a mixing vessel (14) and mixed by means of a stirrer element (18) which is driven by a linear motor (28). The primary part of the linear motor is here joined to the housing of the mixing device and the secondary part is joined to the shaft of the stirrer element or directly to the latter. According to another embodiment, the secondary part of the linear motor is designed in the form of a reciprocating piston which drives the stirrer elements pivotably or rotatably.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Mischvorrichtung zum Mischen von Flüssigkeiten oder zum Dispergieren von Gasen oder Feststoffen in Flüssigkeiten. Die zu mischenden Stoffe sind in einen Mischbehälter (14) eingebracht und werden durch ein Rührorgan (18) gemischt, das von einem Linearmotor (28) angetrieben wird. Der Primärteil des Linearmotors ist hierbei mit dem Gehäuse der Mischvorrichtung und der Sekundärteil mit der Welle des Rührorganes oder direkt mit diesem selbst verbunden. Nach einer anderen Ausführungsform ist der Sekundärteil des Linearmotors in Form eines hin- und hergehenden Kolbens ausgebildet, durch den die Rührorgane schwenkbar oder rotierend angetrieben sind.
