Bei einem Backofen mit einer durch eine Tür verschließbaren Ofenmuffel, wobei die Ofenmuffel mit Einrichtungen für Ober- und Unterhitze augestattet ist, ist an einer bodenseitigen Backofengehäusewand (1) außenseitig eine zur Aufnahme einer Heizung für Unterhitze (3) dienende Blechtasche (2) befestigt, wobei die Heizung für Unterhitze (3) infolge der konstruktiven Ausbildung der Blechtasche (2) exakt gelagert und in definiertem Abstand zur Backofengehäusewand (1) angeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
