[origin: EP0434549A1] The system of the invention is a system of straps. <??>According to the invention, each strap (4) is fixed by one end (4a) to a receptacle wall by the intermediary of a means of tensioning, and its other end (4b) is engaged in a drum (6) mounted on another wall (1b). The drum (6) is connected to a device generating a resisting torque which is itself connected to a torque limiting device which trips at a specific threshold value in such a way as to release the drum (6) so that it rotates in order to disengage the end (4b) of the strap. <??>In these systems, the straps are released less suddenly than in the known systems and they are released in a perfectly simultaneous manner. <??>A development of the invention allows ejection of submunitions with a controlled incidence with respect to the trajectory of the carrying projectile. <IMAGE>
