Abstract (en)
A shoe made of plastics has a steel cap (3) which has cushioning (4) in the upper region in the shoe interior. In the remaining region, the steel cap (3) is surrounded on the inside and the outside by the plastic foam which forms the shaft (1) and the shoe bottom (2) of the shoe made of plastics. The cushioning (4) consists of an air-absorbing material so that the air which is displaced by the plastic under the cap during filling the mould with foam does not lead to bubbles in the plastic. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Ein Kunststoffschuh hat eine Stahlkappe (3), welche im oberen Bereich schuhinnenseitig eine Aufpolsterung (4) hat. Im übrigen Bereich ist die Stahlkappe (3) innenseitig und außenseitig vom Kunststoffschaum umgeben, der den Schaft (1) und den Schuhboden (2) des Kunststoffschuhes bildet. Die Aufpolsterung (4) besteht aus einem luftaufnehmenden Material, so daß die beim Ausschäumen der Form unterhalb der Kappe vom Kunststoff verdrängte Luft nicht zu Lunker im Kunststoff führen.
