Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a device for mixing liquids or for dispersing solids in liquids and/or for grinding solids by means of a linear motor. The primary part of the linear motor (16, 18, 32) is arranged outside or inside a mixing vessel (10) and, in the liquid to be mixed, elements (22, 26) are distributed which form the secondary part of the linear motor and in operation are driven by the primary part and moved through the liquid which is to be mixed. The liquid is mixed by means of the motion of these elements and, if appropriate, also of non-magnetic packing. The primary part of the linear motor can be designed in the form of a tube with, for example, a horizontal or vertical axis, or in the form of a shell. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Mischen von Flüssigkeiten oder zum Dispergieren von Feststoffen in Flüssigkeiten und/oder zum Mahlen von Feststoffen mittels eines Linearmotors. Der Primärteil des Linearmotors (16,18,32) ist außerhalb oder innerhalb eines Mischbehälters (10) angeordnet und in der zu mischenden Flüssigkeit sind Elemente (22,26) verteilt, die den Sekundärteil des Linearmotors bilden und im Betrieb durch den Primärteil angetrieben und durch die zu mischende Flüssigkeit bewegt werden. Durch die Bewegung dieser Elemente und gegebenenfalls auch unmagnetischer Füllkörper wird die Flüssigkeit gemischt. Der Primärteil des Linearmotors kann rohrförmig mit z.B. horizontaler oder vertikaler Achse oder auch schalenförmig ausgebildet sein. <IMAGE>
