In a hollow-charge projectile having a percussion fuse and a spacer (6) in front of the hollow charge (1), with the spacer (6) extended the formation of the spike and therefore a high penetration effect are guaranteed. But if the spacer (6) is not extended or is extended only partially, such a warhead displays a substantially intensified side effect on relatively thin (also reactive) armouring. The easy adjustability of the spacer (6), conventionally by hand, therefore means that the gunner has available two weapons of differing effect for different targets in one warhead. <IMAGE>

Bei einem Hohlladungsgeschoß mit einem Aufschlagzünder und einem Abstandshalter (6) vor der Hohlladung (1) ist bei ausgefahrenem Abstandshalter (6) die Ausbildung des Stachels und damit eine große Tiefenwirkung gewährleistet. Wenn jedoch der Abstandshalter (6) nicht oder nur teilweise ausgefahren wird, entfaltet ein solcher Gefechtskopf bei dünnerer (auch reaktiver) Panzerung eine wesentlich verstärkte Seitenwirkung. Die leichte Einstellbarkeit des Abstandshalters (6), üblicherweise von Hand, bedeutet also, daß dem Schützen zwei unterschiedlich wirksame Waffen für verschiedene Ziele in einem Gefechtskopf zur Verfügung stehen. <IMAGE>
