Abstract (en)
For a resilient pressure contact, in which a contact head is moved axially against the force of a compression spring on resting against a fixed contact inside a guide sleeve, the object exists of improving the life of the resilient pressure contacts, increasing the reliability by reducing the braided conductor fractures, increasing the current capacity and reducing the overall manual production costs. This is achieved in that a part of the contact head (2a) is constructed on the side facing away from the contact pieces (1) as a hollow cylinder (8) having a wall which has multiple slots (9) radially with respect to the longitudinal axis, the remaining wall sectors being used as current-carrying resilient contact tongues (10) opposite the guide sleeve (3). Abstract (de)
Für einen federnden Druckkontakt, bei dem ein Kontaktkopf bei Anlage an einen Festkontakt innerhalb einer Führungshülse axial gegen die Kraft einer Druckfeder bewegt wird, besteht die Aufgabe, die Standzeit der federnden Druckkontakte zu verbessern, die Zuverlässigkeit durch Minderung von Litzenbrüchen zu steigern, die Strombelastbarkeit zu erhöhen und den manuellen Festigungsaufwand insgesamt zu reduzieren. Die wird dadurch erreicht, daß ein Teil des Kontaktkopfes (2a) auf der den Kontaktstücken (1) abgewandten Seite als Hohlzylinder (8) mit radial zur Längsachse mehrfach geschlitzter (9) Wandung ausgebildet ist, wobei die verbleibenden Wandungssektoren als stromübertragende federnde Kontaktzungen (10) gegenüber der Führungshülse (3) dienen. Litzen werden nicht mehr verwendet.
