Un support de l'articulation du genou comprend une partie correspondant à la cuisse, composée d'une seule éclisse (11) pour la cuisse et d'une coque (13) latérale de support de la cuisse à peu près en forme de U. Une partie correspondant à la jambe se composed'une seule éclisse (12) pour la jambe et d'une coque (14) latérale de support de la jambe, à peu près en forme de U et fermable par une fermeture de type velcro.
