To improve purified water quality and to increase the yield of a reverse osmosis system, in particular of a reverse osmosis system for production of purified water for medicinal purposes, said reverse osmosis system is provided on the purified water side with a degassing device (306) and on the raw water side with a heating device (210). The degassing device is provided with an underpressure pump (320) and an air separator (330). A heat exchanger (230) is provided upstream of the heating device (210), the secondary circuit (201) of which heat exchanger is connected to the return pipe (402) of the dialysis apparatus (not depicted) and to the retentate pipe (305) of the reverse osmosis system.

Zur Verbesserung der Reinwasserqualität und zur Steigerung der Ausbeute einer Umkehrosmoseanlage, insbesondere einer Umkehrosmoseanlage für die Erzeugung von Reinwasser für medizinische Zwecke, ist diese auf der Reinwasserseite mit einer Entgasungseinrichtung (306) und auf der Rohwasserseite mit einer Heizeinrichtung (210) versehen. Die Entgasungseinrichtung weist eine Unterdruckpumpe (320) und einen Luftabscheider (330) auf. Der Heizeinrichtung (210) ist ein Wärmetauscher (230) vorgeschaltet, dessen Sekundärkreislauf (201) an die Rücklaufleitung (402) des Dialysegerätes (nicht dargestellt) und an die Retentatleitung (305) der Umkehrosmoseanlage angeschlossen ist. <IMAGE>
